As Director of Physician Services for Northstar Healthcare Inc. Mr. Fisher oversees physician relationships ensuring continuing physician satisfaction. In addition, Fisher is responsible for assisting in the development of comprehensive branding and strategic marketing initiatives for Northstar Healthcare's clients.

Fisher is credited with contributing to the rapid growth of The Palladium for Surgery-Houston, established in December 2003. His strong ties to the Dallas market made him an instrumental part of the acquisition team for The Palladium for Surgery-Dallas in October 2005. His medical networking background has proven exceptional in bringing physicians aboard to Northstar client facilities.

Fisher began with River Oaks Pain Management serving in March 2003 initially serving as a marketing representative for the pain management clinic. At that time, he was charged with growing the facility's patient stream through the integration of a diversified physician referral base.

Prior to joining Northstar Healthcare as a founding partner, Fisher worked in pharmaceutical marketing in Los Angeles and Houston.

Fisher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Baylor University. He is married and is based in Houston.
