The Northstar audit committee is comprised of Robert P. Kanee, Barry A. Tissenbaum, John Rogers and Victor A. Wells (chair) and will assist the Company’s directors and managers in fulfilling their responsibilities in overseeing and supervising Northstar’s accounting and financial reporting practices and procedures. The audit committee also ensures the adequacy of internal accounting controls and procedures and the quality and integrity of financial statements. Each member of the audit committee is independent of Northstar.
