Northstar Healthcare owns and operates for-profit day or outpatient surgery centers (ASCs). There are two ASCs, one in Houston, Texas and the other in Dallas, Texas.

Northstar’s revenues come from the facility fee for the physician’s use of our operating room, staff and supplies.

ASCs comprise the most profitable part of the healthcare delivery system. Northstar's current facilities accommodate multi-specialty procedures with emphasis on Pain Management, Orthopedics, Podiatry, General Surgery, Gastro-Intestinal and Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT).
