Brad Kovnat is Director of Business Development for Northstar Healthcare, Inc. In conjunction with Stephanie Victorian, Vice President of Clinical Operations, he also functions as Director of Administration for River Oaks Pain Management and The Palladium for Surgery-Houston, both clients of Northstar Healthcare.

As one of Northstar Healthcare's founding partners, Kovnat is responsible for the company's daily operations including personnel, finance, accounting, information technology, systems development and facilities operations.

Mr. Kovnat's work also focuses on Northstar's new business initiatives working with its legal and financial teams on appraising prospective ventures, structuring and consolidating facilities, and evaluating and coordinating mergers and acquisitions.

Kovnat's implementation of innovative reporting systems and processes, management of large-scale projects from inception, and the ability to attract and retain qualified professional staff have played integral roles in the continuing success and rapid growth of Northstar.

Kovnat joined River Oaks Pain Management in November 2001 and later became a founding partner of Northstar Healthcare in March 2004. Prior to that, Kovnat spent three years in sales and marketing promotions for AT&T.;

Kovnat is an active member of the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society and Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, in 1990 and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles in 2000.

Kovnat is based in Houston, Texas.
