Stephanie Victorian serves as Director of Clinical Operations for Northstar Healthcare Inc. In conjunction with Brad Kovnat, Vice President- Business Development, she also functions as Co-Administrator for The Palladium for Surgery-Houston and River Oaks Pain Management. In addition, Ms. Victorian is acting Administrator for the newly formed, The Palladium for Surgery-Dallas.

With more than 10 years of combined operational management and operating room experience, Victorian brings a seasoned and vital skill set to the Northstar Healthcare group. Since joining River Oaks Pain Management in 2003 as Director of Clinical Services, she has succeeded in developing the organizational structures, policies and processes that encompass the daily management of an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and a medical clinic.

For Northstar Healthcare and its clients, Victorian leads a team of clinical specialists who oversee all state and federal licensing and compliance reporting, as well as physician and staff credentialing and certifications. Listed among her accomplishments is the achievement of 100 percent compliance on licensing surveys conducted by the Texas Department of Health. Victorian represents the company as its privacy and risk management officer, and manages its human resource and medical records management programs. She also oversees the company's biomedical and agency contracts.

Prior to joining Northstar Healthcare as a founding partner, Victorian worked at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston for eight years. She served as the clinical manager for ENT, ophthalmology, dental, pain management and plastic surgery groups at Memorial Hermann. Prior to that, she held several other positions in the medical field.

Victorian is an active member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses, Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society and Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Prairie View A&M; University in 1995. In addition to CPR and ACLS, Victorian holds other nursing certifications.

Ms. Victorian is married and based in Houston, Texas.
