David Richardson is a senior level professional with extensive hands-on experience in business leadership and managing finance and accounting teams to meet the goals of the organization and drive desired business results. Prior to joining Northstar, Mr Richardson has held numerous management positions. While at NCP, an owner and operator of outpatient heart catheterization labs, he worked as the CFO responsible for implementing a new accounting and reporting system and developing budgeting and forecasting models used to consolidate corporate and center level results. Richardson developed and oversaw analysis and operations reporting of the company's multi-location centers including the impact from reimbursement changes, center level margin analysis and other decision driving analysis.
