Brad Kovnat, Director of Business Operations

Mr. Kovnat, a founding partner, manages the company's daily operations including personnel, finance, accounting, information technology, systems development and facilities operations.

Kovnat’s work also focuses on Northstar's new business initiatives by appraising prospective ventures, structuring and consolidating facilities, and evaluating and coordinating mergers and acquisitions, along with the legal and finance teams.  

An active member of the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society and Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association, Kovnat earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, in 1990. He also earned an MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles in 2000.
